Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@quickdrop.lk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items of different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and preferred replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at your preference, including any shipping costs incurred.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
